When I saw these shoes, I thought my eyes were going to pop right outta my head. OMG how I love these shoes. First of all, the stark black and white with the pop of red is just bananas (sorry Rachel Zoe). And the cute little “garter belt” action around the heel- LOVES IT. Seeing this shoe makes me absolutely happy LOL.
