I got this table awhile back at a local Peddlar's Mall:
I only paid $7.50 for this baby, so I knew that whatever way I painted it, even if it was messed up, I didn't have that much invested in it LOL. My cat Dancer was scoping out my finds :-). If you want to see the other items picked up on this trip, you can read about it here.
So with a little bit of spray paint and some stain, this is what I came up with:
I sanded and then primed the table white. The top was painted chocolate brown and the legs were painted a light vanilla color. I roughed the legs up with some sand paper then rubbed wood stain into the legs for an aged effect.
I really like how it turned out :-). I originally planned for this to go on my husband's side of the bed... but now I'm thinking it may go on mine LOL.
